BalletBarre, center, across the floor combinations based on both Cecchetti and Russian techniques. All classes will include 15 minutes of Pilates work.
Ballet / Contemporary/ Acro CombosThis class will alternate between Ballet and Contemporary technique. Contemporary borrows elements from Classical, Modern, and Jazz styles and has become a popular movement technique showcasing strength, agility, and artistry. This class will include 20-30 minutes of acrobatics.

Gym BearsExclusive for boys! Ages 5 - 7 years and 8-11 Years!
Give your son the unique group fitness class designed just for boys by Coach Dan Fulton. This class challenges mind and body while developing physical coordination & skills, muscle endurance, speed and agility and best of all self- confidence and self-esteem! A hard-working and fun group class filled with 30 min of intentional games, physical challenges, conditioning, and teamwork. The second 30 min includes tumbling and gymnastic fun in our gymnastics room. Coach Dan believes "YOU CAN!" Help your son develop an "I CAN" attitude for life. |
