Class Descriptions

We strive to provide excellence in  all our programming.  Our elementary programming is designed for infants through school-aged children. Once our students progress past USAG Level 3, we recommend  continuing gymnastic education with Flipstars in Ludington, MI.

Baby Bears
(Ages 6 mo. to 3 yrs)

Parent Participation or Trusted Caregiver Participation required. A trusted adult accompanies the child while they are in the gym filled with preschool, elementary and sensory integration equipment.   Our Baby Bear class will provide your child with an opportunity to interact with other little ones. Early interaction will teach your child how to engage with others and benefit your child's social development. Our Baby Bear curriculum uses a combination of fine motor and gross motor activities infused with music and finger play. Your child will be introduced to many new concepts such as patterning, group activities and circle time.  Coach Mykila also includes the work of Ann-Green Gilbert integrating the brain dance throughout the explorations and movement activities.
